I understand where you are and for years, I felt alone, isolated and lost. I had a very tumultuous upbringing. I was in and out of dysfunctional relationships and developed deep wounds through the difficult relationships in my life.

I spent over 10 years of my life hindered because of my past, unable to be vulnerable and feelings of worthlessness flowed through me. I couldn’t experience any depth in my relationships-hence why I was always with unavailable men.

It wasn’t until I went deep into the fire of my wounds, dove into self-love, worked through my subconscious beliefs to truly heal.

Having access to the right tools changed my life…
